Nethli Gravy

Ingredients:

  • Nethli / dry fish - 1 cup
  • Onions -2
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • Coriander leaves

Method:

  • Wash the dry fish twice in water and drain it.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions , fry them.
  • Add ginger garlic paste till raw smell diminishes.
  • Add tomatoes . Cook till the tomatoes are mushy.


  • Add chilly powder and remaining .
  • Add Prawns, water and boil for few mins. Allow it to boil
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with Rice.
