Coconut thuvayal


Ingredients:

  • Coconut - 1/4 cup
  • Urad dal - 2 tbsp
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Tamarind - little
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Mustard seeds
  • Hung - a pinch

Method:

  • Heat a tsp of oil, fry all the above items.
  • Allow it to cool down.
  • Grind it coarsely.
